     • Standard shipping to 48 contiguous states is by UPS Ground

     • Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are automatically shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail.

     • Shipments to PO Boxes are automatically shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail.

     • Shipments to APO and FPO addresses are automatically shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail.

* Out of stock items are shipped direct from Landstrom's factory within 7 business days. In stock items ordered by noon Mountain Time are shipped the next business day.

Shipping rates are as follows:

• Domestic orders of $50 or more           - FREE!
• Domestic orders less than $50            - $6.97, regardless of size
• International orders                             - Add US$25 to above prices (see "International Orders" below)

• UPS 2nd Day Air            - Add $20 to above prices
• UPS Next Day Air           - Add $45 to above prices
• USPS Express Mail        - Add $20 to above prices. Overnight to MOST (but not all) US addresses.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the UPS Tracking number. You can check on the delivery status of your order by entering the UPS Tracking Number at http://ups.com

All Black Hills Gold orders are shipped direct from Landstroms factory within 7 business days, even if the item is out of stock and must be specially made for you. Orders for in-stock items ship the next business day. Out of stock items will be shipped upon completion, within 7 business days. You will receive an email with the tracking number after your order is shipped.

For International orders, the shipping and billing address must match. This means we will only ship to the billing address of the credit card used. Our apologies but we have received numerous fraudulent international orders and this is the only way we can protect ourselves and our valued customers. We also accept International payments through PayPal and the same rules apply. Also, your PayPal account must be verified with a confirmed address, which means that you must register a credit card with PayPal (a quick and simple process) and we will ship only to that confirmed address. All International orders will be shipped through the US Postal Service. Cost is additional US$25. Please make appropriate selection on the order form so that processing of your order is not delayed.

Please note, you are responsible for paying all Customs duties and taxes which may be required by your country. If you refuse to pay the actual charges levied in your country, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us here in the U.S. These costs will be subtracted from your merchandise refund and your credit card will be charged accordingly.
