We accept Black Hills Gold jewelry orders from and ship to anywhere in the 50 United States. Our standard shipping method for the 48 contiguous states is UPS Ground. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

When ordering, please be sure to use your PHYSICAL DAYTIME ADDRESS as UPS will not deliver to a Post Office box. Also, the shipment will be sent SIGNATURE REQUIRED, so please make sure the address you use is the one that you are at during daytime deliver hours.

Please also be sure to include a daytime telephone number. Each shipment is insured and UPS requires a telephone number in case UPS has trouble locating your address, or has any other problems delivering your order.

If you live in a rural area and/or you simply *must* have delivery to your PO Box, we will ship via US Postal Service Parcel Post. Shipping fees will be the same as those for UPS Ground.

Shipping rates are as follows:

• Orders of $100 or more       - FREE! 
• Orders less than $100         - $9.97, regardless of size!
  

• 2nd Day Air                        - ADD $20 to above prices
• Next Day Air                       - ADD $35 to above prices

All Black Hills Gold orders are shipped direct from Landstroms factory within 8 business days, even if the item is out of stock and must be specially made for you. Orders for in-stock items placed by noon Mountain Time ship the next business day. Out of stock items will be shipped upon completion, again, within 8 business days. Please Call or Email us to check stock. You will receive an email with the tracking number after your order is shipped.

For International orders, the shipping and billing address must match. This means we will only ship to the billing address of the credit card used. Our apologies but we have received numerous fraudulent international orders and this is the only way we can protect ourselves.  We also accept International payments through PayPal and the same rules apply. All International orders will be shipped through the US Postal Service. Cost is additional US$20. Please make appropriate selection on the order form so that processing of your order is not delayed.

Please note, you are responsible for paying all Customs duties and taxes which may be required by your country. If you refuse to pay the actual charges levied in your country, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us here in the U.S. These costs will be subtracted from your merchandise refund and your credit card will be charged accordingly. Please do not order if you do not agree to this.
